Hello it’s Joe. Hope everyone is doing allright. I started my physical therapy for my back. It’s amazing how breaking it gets you to pay attention to it. Chris and I had our 25th anniversary the 17th and I had my 48th birhtday the 18th. I new there was a reason I was brought back.Now that I am able to, were having a get together party August 11th from 6:ooto 10:00 at Jimbobs BBQ out on Hwy 71 and beecaves rd. I look forward to seeing everyone who can make it, and to thank everyone for there love and care and show my gratitude.

Hello everyone, it’s Joe. I am so thankful to have everyone of ya’ll in my life. In some way, somehow each and every one of you have helped to make it easier to go through everything I have been going through the last 4 months. The 6th of June will have been 4 months since my accident. I am getting better by the day. I go to different rehabs for different injuries pretty much all week. I am so glad I have something to do, even if it is painful at times.
Please feel free to email this site whenever ya’ll get time. I am checking it now every day and responding when I can. Thank you everyone very much for being a part of my life.

I am writing to say hello and thank yall very very much for helping me through these strange and weird times. It is interesting learning alot of things all over. Early in the morning
on February 5, 2007, on his way to work in Austin, Joe Self was hit by a car while
on his motorcycle. His injuries are extensive, although thankfully with no serious head trauma.
With his current hospitalization and the extensive therapy ahead of Joe, the reality of the hospital bills
awaiting him and his family are daunting.
